Quality Assurance Supervisor (Water Treatment Supervisor)

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Almaty.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate the work of the water treatment plant and syrup preparation facilities with a view to ensure quality compliance of raw materials and semifinished products with the current standards and technical requirements.
• Take participation in development of monthly production programs and shift-daily tasks for the assigned sites.
• Control in-time registration of all needed technical documents, as well as provision of the production with complementary parts, spare parts, tools, etc.
• Managing and improving systems and processes in the plant through implementation of OE projects and CA&PA (corrective and preventive actions).
• Ensuring the development and correct implementation of GMP practices.
• Following the compliance of QA processes in all units in scope, such as syrup room, water treatment, and wastewater treatment.
• Preparing and controlling department budget (Capex, OPEX, RFA).
• Following, managing, and ensuring correct implementation of practices and legal requirements within the plant in order to fulfill TCCC, CCI, and Anadolu Group requirements.
• Identifying the development needs of employees, improving working conditions and initiating action plans to increase engagement.
• Follow the food safety requirements and notify the manager about problems regarding FSMS (food safety management system).

• Main requirements:

• University degree in Engineering (preferably, Food/Chemical)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production
• Knowledge of ISO standards, GMP
• Knowledge of main technological processes of production
• Advanced level of English
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of MS Office applications
