We’re looking for a Consultant 2-3 to join our Financial Services (FS) team in the Strategy & Operations group at KPMG. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll tackle complex challenges, deliver high-impact solutions, and support strategic transformations for leading banking and financial institutions.
As our Consultant, you will:
Collaborate directly with clients to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies for operational improvements and regulatory compliance.
Manage independent workstreams within larger projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Assist in bank restructuring projects and advise clients on regulatory compliance issues.
Conduct thorough data collection and analysis, developing actionable recommendations and insights.
Prepare compelling reports and presentations, communicating key findings and strategies to client stakeholders
You’re a great fit if you:
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Have 2+ years of experience in management consulting, banking, or financial services.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and corporate finance principles.
Are an advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English.
Have knowledge of industry trends and best practices in the banking and financial services sector.
Hold or are pursuing certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CIMA (preferred).
Exhibit a collaborative mindset, high attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
