About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in Supply Planning? In this position, you will maintain a balanced inventory level, ensuring it aligns with our corporate policy. Distributing inventory between countries and distributors according to sales plans and customer service levels will be part of your daily tasks.

Monitoring product expiration dates and informing the sales department of any issues will be crucial. Additionally, you will adjust production requests based on actual shipments and updated sales forecasts in the SAP APO system on a weekly basis.

Interacting with the central planning group and production teams to achieve optimal inventory levels and efficient supply chain operations will be key. You will also distribute planned production between countries, provide suppliers with weekly shipment plans, and analyze supplier performance.

Providing information on physical and available stock to the sales planning department, tracking and analyzing product shortages, and informing relevant departments about product availability will be part of your responsibilities. Coordinating with marketing and the sales planning department on the timing of sales launches for promotional products, new series, and seasonal assortment products will also be essential.

Maintaining a master file with product logistics data for internal use and for our clients, as well as providing weekly reports according to the supply planning procedure, will round out your duties.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team! With a background in logistics or supply chain management, you will have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge and experience in operational logistics.

Good analytical skills are essential, and your initiative and responsibility will be highly valued. You will be making independent decisions, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines, all while maintaining a strong orientation towards results.

Additionally, proficiency in Excel is a must, and experience with SAP is a welcomed bonus. An intermediate level of English or higher is required to effectively communicate within our team and with our clients.
