Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities of the Engineering Department and define priorities.
• Assist the Project Director in project strategy development and contractor management.
• Define and monitor workload plans and work schedules for the department.
• Organize and oversee interdisciplinary coordination.
• Conduct technical arbitration in case of conflicts.
• Evaluate and approve technical documentation related to engineering projects.
• Participate in procurement processes and authorize purchases within assigned authority.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Develop strategies to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Propose and implement process improvements for project optimization.
• Participate in project commissioning and operational readiness activities.
• Develop procedures, presentations, instructions and schematics, reports, official and claim letters, etc.
• Development and mentoring of the Team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in engineering or related industries.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of project management, industrial safety, and technical regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Experience in working with international engineering standards and best practices.
