Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of collection reports and metrics.
• Conducting in-depth collection analysis and drawing actionable conclusions.
• Identifying trends in collection performance and detecting errors in reports.
• Developing new collection reports, enhancing existing ones, and delivering them to the Reporting Team.
• Acquiring proficiency in software programs used in the collection workflow, particularly from a reporting perspective.
• Performing A/B tests to determine the most effective collection strategies.
• Implementing changes to debt collection strategies.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of collection tools and methods.

Main Requirements:

• Higher education in IT, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or Finance.
• Proficiency in SQL (intermediate level).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (upper-intermediate level).
• Prior experience as a Data Analyst in Fintech, Banking, or Telecom sectors is a plus.
• Relocation to Tashkent.
