Описание
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Closing the reporting period in the accounting system, including verification during the closing period.
Automation and optimization of period-end closing processes and financial reporting. Working with the IT department to configure the reports required for operation.
Preparation of the Company's financial statements, including disclosures, for the current and prior periods.
Review and analysis of financial statements.
Identifying accounting errors during the preparation of financial statements and controlling their correction.
Participation in the preparation of the group's consolidated financial statements.
Organizing and coordinating work plans, as well as audit timelines with external auditors.
Working with external audit, assisting in providing information in response to requests.
Monitoring the submission of financial statements and reconciling intercompany balances and transactions.
Organization and support of the process for implementing the secondary ledger.
Participation in ensuring the quality and timely provision of services to both internal and external users, including the preparation of documents and reports in response to requests from other departments of the Company, the parent company, and external users such as banks, creditors, shareholders, statistical agencies, and regulatory bodies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work experience of at least 5 years in the reporting department or Big4 / Top10.
Understanding the preparation process of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Technical skills: MS Office, Excel.
Fluency in English and Kazakh.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Proactivity, responsibility, initiative.
Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
Ability to work in a team.
Skills of conflict resolution.
