В новую инвестиционную компанию, находящуюся в процессе получения лицензии на МФЦА, открыта вакансия Бухгалтера. Компания специализируется на предоставлении инвестиционных услуг, уделяя особое внимание соблюдению регуляторных требований и высоким стандартам работы.
Обязанности:
Обеспечение соответствия деятельности компании требованиям законодательства, нормативным актам Республики Казахстан и МФЦА в области комплаенса.
Разработка, внедрение и контроль за соблюдением внутренних политик и процедур в области комплаенса.
Проведение регулярных проверок и оценка рисков в деятельности компании.
Взаимодействие с регуляторами и аудиторами по вопросам комплаенса.
Подготовка и подача отчетности в соответствии с требованиями регуляторов.
Расследование подозрительных транзакций и подготовка соответствующих отчетов.
Ожидания от кандидатов:
Высшее образование в области права, финансов или экономики.
Опыт работы в сфере комплаенса на финансовых рынках.
Отличное знание законодательства и нормативных актов Республики Казахстан в области комплаенса.
Внимание к деталям, аналитические способности и умение работать с большими объемами данных.
Знание английского языка.
Уровень компенсации обсуждается индивидуально с каждым кандидатом.
