Execute recruitment process for the admission of pupils.
Ensure that recruitment goals are met regarding applications, acceptances, and enrolled pupils, participate in the revision of KPIs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective pupils and families by answering inquiries about the admissions process, application requirements and procedures in order to attract and recruit the pupils.
Make calls, text and/or email prospective pupils, exhibiting a consistent effort to contact them. Correspond with applicants and their families via email, phone, and in-person meetings to provide updates on their application status, request additional information or documents, and address any questions or concerns.
Provide guidance to applicants on the application process, financial aid and other related topics.
Create positive relationships with prospective parents, feeder schools, and other stakeholders to enhance the school's reputation and attract applicants.
Maintain a steady flow of communication via email, mail, social media, and phone calls with prospective pupils and applied pupils in order to establish a relationship between the prospective pupil and the School.
Ensure that all correspondence, communication and meetings with prospective and current parents and pupils reflect the high quality of the school’s educational provision.
Initiate, plan, and execute special admissions projects in conjunction with the goals and objectives of the team.
Maintain current knowledge of the School’s academic, social, extra-curricular, and financial aid programs, and communicate this information to prospective pupils.
Аrrangе visits of prospective applicants and their families to the school and other events.
Take active part in the arrangement of pupil's recruitment events and participate in them.
Educational Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in education, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Experience:

Previous experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative support role preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with pupils and their families.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Willingness to undergo training and professional development to stay current on admissions policies, procedures, and best practices.
