POSITION PURPOSE
Check in guests for appointments, provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival. Promote and sell spa services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Schedule services for individuals and large groups
- Answer questions about available services. Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day, inform of last minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed by working with supervisor/manager.
- Process guest payments for spa/salon services and obtain payment authorization as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
