Executive Lounge Agents are people, who represent our Vision, Mission and Values in front of the guests. They make guests' stay unforgettable, so they return to our property again. Executive Lounge Agent greets and registers guests and provides prompt and courteous service, resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel, upgrades guests, as required. Executive Lounge Agent promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.

What does EXECUTIVE LOUNGE AGENT do in a Hotel?

• Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Receives special requests from guests, and responds appropriately or forwards requests to appropriate team members for decisions and actions.
• Promptly answers the telephone and email inquiries
• Field guest complaints, conducting through research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiate results
• Remains calm and alert, especially during emergency and/or heavy hotel activity, and resolve complications such as location changes or credit issues

What is required for this position?

• Previous experience at the same position
• Knowledge of OPERA application
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English, Kazakh and Russian languages
