1. Responsibilities
1. Schedule & Meeting Management
• Help the GM plan weekly / monthly calendars, coordinate internal & external meetings, and arrange business travel
• Prepare meeting rooms, take minutes, and follow up on action items
2. Cross-department Coordination
• Maintain efficient communication with Beijing HQ, the Almaty team, and external partners
• Track project milestones, monitor progress, and flag risks in a timely manner
3. Administrative & Finance Support
• Assist with the circulation and archiving of contracts, reimbursements, and invoices
4. Brand Promotion
• Contribute to copywriting and publishing of company / product content (social posts, short videos)
• Provide basic shooting & editing support for marketing materials
5. External Relations & Events
• Polish or translate English news releases and other outbound materials
• Organise client visits, business events, and internal culture activities
6. Ad-hoc Tasks
• Complete other assignments from the GM, ensuring smooth execution
2. Requirements
• Undergraduate (year-3 or year-4) or fresh graduate; any major welcome, Management / Languages / Business preferred
• English B1 or above; knowledge of Chinese or Russian is a plus
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiar with ChatGPT, DeepSeek, etc., is a bonus
• Interest or experience in basic video shooting / editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with solid communication and time-management skills
• Available ≥ 4 days per week for at least 3 months
3. Internship Package
Item Details
Working Hours Mon–Fri 09:30 – 18:30 (flexible around class schedule)
Allowance 100 000 – 250 000 KZT / month (pro-rated by attendance)
