About the Role:

As a POSM Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind the development and execution of point-of-sale materials across CIS markets. This role blends creativity with coordination, as you collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to bring marketing strategies to life in-store. From briefing and budgeting to production oversight and stakeholder alignment, you’ll ensure every detail is on point and every deadline is met.

Main Responsibilities:

As a POSM Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing POSM strategies tailored to the unique markets of the CIS region. Working closely with marketing and trade marketing teams, you’ll gather essential inputs and transform them into clear, actionable briefs for the development of impactful POS materials.

In this role, you’ll be the vital link between internal teams and external suppliers—ensuring timely, high-quality production of both creative and technical POS assets. From drafting technical specifications to aligning stakeholders and managing approvals, your attention to detail will keep everything running smoothly.

Additionally, you’ll support supplier selection by comparing proposals and preparing insightful comparison tables. Once decisions are made, you’ll handle purchase order submissions in SAP and monitor production progress, stepping in to resolve any issues that arise along the way.

Your knack for organization will shine as you manage documentation and consolidate budgets from pre-selected vendors. This is your chance to make a tangible impact on brand visibility and shopper engagement across diverse markets.

Who we are looking for:

To thrive in this role, you bring a solid educational foundation—ideally a degree in marketing, business, or a related field. You’ve already gained 1–3 years of hands-on experience in POSM or a similar area, and you're ready to take the next step in your career.

You're a natural team player with strong coordination and communication skills, able to keep multiple projects moving while keeping everyone aligned. Creating presentations doesn’t faze you—in fact, you know how to make them clear, compelling, and on point.

Fluency in English at an intermediate level or higher is essential, as you'll be working in an international environment. If you’ve worked with SAP or a similar ERP system before, that’s a definite plus and will help you hit the ground running.
