In the dynamically growing company TasCom Supply & Services LLP, which is focused on the supply of domestic and foreign companies in the construction and oil and gas sector, requires a Procurement Specialist.

The purpose of the position is to provide up-to-date prices in accordance with the requests of the current customer base. Full deal management. Develop existing clients, keep paperwork, provide information to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and developing a client base. Work with regular customers.
  • In a timely manner to monitor the emergence of the need for a particular product in the company, to collect applications for the purchase of goods;
  • Analyze the market, find the most profitable offers;
  • Selecting standard and custom equipment. Matching components to the customer's needs.
  • Preparing all necessary documentation for deliveries: contracts, orders to contractors, delivery and shipping documents;
  • Fulfillment of sales plan, reporting. Keeping count of orders in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Support effective partner relationships.
  • Conducting negotiations with suppliers;
  • English (Upper-Intermediate).
  • Hold attention to a large number of tasks.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Experience in sales/procurement/office work/supply management - IDEAL!
  • Be the most sociable / pleasant / multi-tasking employee!
  • Be honest / motivated / productive.
  • Good sense of humor.
  • English (Upper-Intermediate) - very IMPORTANT!
  • Self-organization skills.
  • MS Office skills, Bitrix 24.

Terms of work:

  • Work schedule 5 / 2 from 9:00h to 18:00h
  • Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
