We’re a new generation of legal consultants who bring strategy, technology, compliance and legal advisory together to identify where businesses and organisations need to be, then get them there. This position will form part of the legal team. Helping clients make the right decisions, on a worldwide scale, by working collaboratively and creatively. We are responsible for ensuring that the company operates according to the legal, and compliance standards. And we are always looking to expand our talented teams.
The role will involve:
Working under the supervision of a Senior colleagues;
Performing research in the law databases;
Communicating with state authorities;
Drafting legal documents;
Preparing various internal documentation and processes, performing various administrative tasks for the legal team;
Providing legal consulting in accordance with civil law, civil procedure and administrative law;
Drafting memorandums, agreements;
Communicating and maintaining correspondence with clients;
Performing other duties as directed and necessary for the proper performance of the role.
Requirements:
Higher legal education;
Knowledge and good application of civil, corporate, commercial law;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian, English;
Strong analytical skills and logical thinking with attention to details;
Ability to work as part of a team;
Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-management;
Multitasking and time management;
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with clients and state authorities;
All candidates must have the right to live and work in Kazakhstan.
The following will be recognized as an advantage:
Work experience in law field will be regarded as a competitive advantage;
Fluent Kazakh preferred.
