• Provides technical support as well as coordination of the work of the manager of the direction.
• Provides support and interpretation/translation at negotiations, meetings, business meetings and protocol meetings (Kazakh, Russian, French and English).
• Coordinate work between structural subdivisions within the direction for timely fulfillment of tasks set by the management.
• Interaction with the Operational Excellence Department. Providing assistance and control over the application of the tools for increasing operational efficiency "Visual Management", "5S Method" by departments of the direction.
• Provides a unified procedure of documenting, organization of work with documents, document execution control.

• Higher education;
• Good knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, French and English languages (spoken, written, business correspondence).
• Ability to coordinate work and assist the manager.
• Knowledge of specialization of the company's activity, terminology on the subject of translations.
• Knowledge of basic office software and organizational skills.
• Communication, diligence, ability to work in multitasking mode, competent speech.

• Rotational method of work, schedule 15/13, working hours from 08.00 to 20.00;
