Position based in Atyrau, 5/2

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years hands on experience in Operations and Maintenance of Facilities/ Utilities Equipment as a mechanical technician
• Experience in Project estimating and execution
• A Systems or Technical Maintenance background education and computer literate
• Good command of oral and written knowledge in English, Russian and Kazakh
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge and understanding of RoK Safety, MSDS, Health & Environmental legislation
• Strong Leadership and Technical background skills
• General knowledge of and skill in a variety of semi-skilled building construction or maintenance and repair practices and techniques used in the trade areas where assigned
• Proven knowledge and skill in the use of tools and equipment of for civil, mechanical and electrical trades
• Ability to organize and lead plant operators, electricians, mechanical fitters, HVAC Technicians, BAS / Instrumentation Technicians, Gas Fitter, Fire Alarm / Security Technician, Territorial Charge hand, Locksmith in preventative and corrective maintenance work order requests and project works
• Extensive knowledge and experience to safely and correctly use testing instruments and accurately interpret parameters obtained
• Provide and coach technicians with BKM (Best Known Method) in performing preventative and corrective maintenance and project works
• Ability to understand and be familiar with general Maintenance work flow processes, procedures and systems
• Knowledge of the RoK disinfection regulations
• Knowledge of water treatment systems
• Experience in preparation of tender documentation, drafting of scope of work, technical evaluation plan

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and delegate all incoming corrective and preventative maintenance workload
• Quality control/ quality check and sign-off all works completed by subordinates
• Monitor critical spare parts inventory and make timely recommendations
• Compile and record equipment history, logs, downtime, and status
• Prepare all necessary work permits in order to carry out all scheduled works
• To participate in using CMMS from registering Work Requests to closing out Work Orders
• Liaise with all relevant departments and section involved in operation and maintenance to achieve efficient work execution and resolve quality issues
• Estimate time, materials and manpower scheduling requirements as necessary for completion of projects and work order requests
• Assist field personnel in the understanding of operation and maintenance of existing, renovated or new mechanical equipment, assist in training and instruction of field personnel on activities related to mechanical works
• Lead and motivate subordinates within the unit to achieve required progress quality and work efficiency as well as to encourage continuous developments of working methods in accordance to high safety standards
• Ability to organize and technically advise on skilled tasks in building or facility construction and maintenance and possess the general knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
