We’re growing our team and looking for a Senior Unity Game Developer who will be responsible for the fast and high-quality development of game prototypes to test gameplay and business hypotheses. If you love transforming ideas into interactive prototypes, enjoy creative freedom, and thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment — you’ll feel right at home with us.

What You Will Work On:

Develop gameplay prototypes and interactive mockups in Unity. Independently implement features from concept to playable builds. Build and adjust user interfaces (based on Figma/Photoshop/Sketch/Unity UI Toolkit). Integrate basic VFX, SFX, and animations into prototypes. Rapidly test, iterate, and refine ideas with minimal supervision. Maintain clean and understandable code even in fast-paced prototype environments. Collaborate with game designers and producers to shape and validate gameplay concepts. Optionally support the evolution of prototypes into early-stage MVPs.

What We Expect:

5+ years of commercial experience with Unity (C#). Proven experience independently creating games, prototypes, or MVPs. Strong knowledge of Unity UI (Canvas, Layouts, Transitions, Animation). Understanding of the game development pipeline and prototyping phases. Ability to work with visual assets using tools like Photoshop, Figma, or similar. Familiarity with implementing basic visual and audio feedback. Solid grasp of gameplay/UX principles and iterative design. Self-motivation and ability to make independent decisions. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams. English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation

Would Be a Plus:

Experience with mobile game development. Familiarity with analytics tools or A/B testing frameworks. Experience with Addressables, AssetBundles, or remote content loading. Integration of third-party SDKs (ads, analytics, etc.). Understanding of Unity’s 2D/3D pipelines (materials, lighting, animation). Game jam participation or solo development projects.
