Corporate Lawyer

Responsibilities:

To provide legal support of Company activities and protection of rights and interests of Company;
Provides legal assistance to Company’s shareholders, the business units of Company, advise them on the procedural, institutional and any other legal issues;
Take part in the development of any documents of legal nature which are binding on the entity;
Participate, jointly with other business units of Company, in the development and performance of measures on strengthening of the contractual, financial and labour discipline;
Organization of General Meeting of Participants of Company and Supervisory Board meetings;
Ensuring the compliance by the Company bodies and officials with the procedures in the area of corporate governance;
Performance of actions (within the competence of the Lawyer) aimed at improving the corporate governance in the Company;
Provides legal support with respect to corporate issues.

Requirements:

Higher legal education (Master's degree preferred);
At least 5 years of experience;
Work experience with foreign citizens and foreign companies;
Knowledge of the civil, labor, corporate and administrative laws and other fields of law;
Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, IS Paragraph
Advanced level of English is a must.
