We currently operate in schools across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Qatar, Turkey, and South Korea, with over 750,000 students learning IT with our platform. Our curriculum is designed to bridge the digital divide, ensuring that children everywhere have access to high-quality digital education.

At CodiPlay, we are committed to shaping the future of education by making digital learning accessible and engaging. We work closely with schools, teachers, and students to create cutting-edge learning experiences that prepare the next generation for a digital world.

We are now looking for a Computer Science and Robotics Teacher/Methodologist with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience and strong methodological and practical expertise to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development & Content Creation

• Design and regularly update curricula and methodological materials for robotics and programming.
• Develop instructional guides and resources to support teachers effectively.
• Create comprehensive learning materials, including lesson plans, assessments, presentations, video tutorials, and interactive exercises.
• Ensure that visuals and content are consistent and legally compliant.
• Upload and format all training materials on the company’s educational platform and app.

Quality Control & Program Improvement

• Visit schools periodically to observe and test curricula in real classroom environments.
• Collect and analyze feedback from teachers and students to improve the program.
• Adjust and enhance curricula based on real-world teaching experiences.

Innovation & Research

• Monitor and adapt to current trends in education and technology.
• Implement innovative methods and projects in educational programs.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with methodologists, designers, engineers, developers, and other team members to develop high-quality educational content.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure content meets educational standards.

Required Qualifications

Languages

• Russian or Kazakh (native)
• English (B2 or higher) – Required

Methodological and Practical Expertise

• Proven ability to design age-appropriate, engaging, and pedagogically sound lessons and materials
• Practical classroom teaching experience with young learners, particularly in computer science or robotics
• Ability to connect theory and practice, incorporating hands-on activities and tools

Foundational Robotics and Programming Knowledge

• Robotics: Basic knowledge of robotic devices, including Arduino, ESP32, and other microcontrollers, as well as the basics of sensor integration.
• Programming: Familiarity with programming languages like Scratch, C++, Python, and MicroPython

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for educational content creation and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for seamless collaboration.

Content Development & Editing

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in a way that is easy for children to understand

Soft Skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Adaptability in a fast-paced technological environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments
