Key Responsibilities
Marcomm & Promotion
-
Organization of events: exhibitions, presentations, conferences.

Development of booths and promotional materials; coordination with contractors (design, printing, booth construction).

On-site support: customer engagement, feedback collection, activity organization.

Preparation of post-event reports (number of visitors, effectiveness).
-
Development and implementation of marketing campaigns (online & offline).
-
Corporate brand support and participation in PR activities.
Novelty Control
-
Planning and controlling new product orders.
-
Ordering and inventory management of new products.
-
Coordination with other departments (sales, logistics, HQ).
Digital Marketing
-
Management and regular updates of the corporate website.
-
Social media management: content creation, promotion, analytics.
-
Monitoring competitors’ digital activities and providing recommendations.
Catalogues & Manuals
-
Preparation and maintenance of up-to-date printed and electronic catalogues.
-
Coordination of manuals and documentation translation through outsourcing companies.
-
Ensuring timely distribution of materials (internally and to customers).
Corporate Gifts & Souvenirs
-
Planning and procurement of corporate gifts and souvenirs in line with branding guidelines.
-
Selection of product range: promotional souvenirs for exhibitions, client and partner gifts, seasonal gift sets.

Quality control and compliance with brand book (colors, logo, packaging).
-
Interaction with contractors (suppliers, manufacturers, designers).
-
Database management for souvenirs (incoming, write-offs, distribution at events).
-
Logistics: delivery to warehouses, offices, distributors, exhibitions, and events.

Conducting inventory checks and controlling stock balances.
-
Preparation of reports on souvenir usage (stock, costs, effectiveness).
Coordination with the Sales & Marketing Department for effective order placement.
Qualifications^

Education:
Higher education.
Additional training / internship in marketing / PR field. -
Language Skills:
English – strong working proficiency (spoken and written) for daily live & online interaction with expats & foreign partners. -
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B or B2S in international company.

Reporting to expat management in English.
Professional Skills & Competencies:
Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
General legal literacy.
Marketing skills (forecasting, market analysis).
Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Systematic and disciplined approach to work.
Proficiency in handling documentation.
