The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining oversight of all projects within the AIFC Authority. This role focuses on coordination, tracking, and reporting, ensuring that project teams adhere to timelines and deliverables. The Project Manager supports progress and ensures alignment across departments, without directly managing individual projects.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives that support the development of Central Asia’s leading financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a centralized view of all ongoing and planned projects.

Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Ensure consistent application of project documentation and reporting standards.

Identify and escalate risks or delays to senior management.

Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.

Support the implementation of project management tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Experience in project management or coordination in a multi-project environment.

PMP certification is required.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, but not limited).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence teams without direct authority.

Proficiency in English; Russian or Kazakh is an advantage.
