We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to join our moving company remotely. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate logistics, and assist the company owner with administrative and operational tasks. Since our company operates in California, this role requires working night shifts according to California time (PST).

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate daily moving operations.
• Manage scheduling and dispatching of moving crews.
• Communicate with clients, resolving issues and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Monitor ongoing jobs, addressing any operational challenges in real time.
• Assist the company owner with administrative and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations.

Requirements:
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Russian, English, and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Experience in logistics, operations, or customer service is a plus.
• Availability to work night shifts (California time zone, PST).
• Stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
