You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.Job purpose:Manage and deliver ongoing legal consulting projects for external clients from various industries, active participation in business development; manage and coordinate team of consultantsRole and responsibilities:Building new and develop existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business;Providing legal advice to clients in different areas;Participation in projects with other departments/service lines (e.g. Tax, Consulting, Assurance) and coordination of different teams;Train staff, review and evaluate their work;Manage multiple clients, budgets and production goals.Knowledge and skills required:University degree (Legal); LLM degree (UK or US) is advantage;Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer, including industrial legal practice (corporate, M&A and general commercial practices) preferable in MNCs;Experience in international law firms/ Big 4 is advantage;Evidence of ability to see and take advantage of opportunities, as well as win work;Good knowledge of English (written and oral) and fluency in local language;Proficiency in IT literacy;Excellent project and people management skills;Ability to work independently and in a team, capability to lead projects (& teams) with minimum supervision;Good communication and interpersonal skills;Excellent problem solving skill;Proactive personality.
