You are in charge of defining, planning and executing the full set of Supply Chain processes for your site, including industrial planning, materials planning & logistic operations.
Strategy:
Adapt and Deploy Supply Chain strategy & footprint vs Regional Supply Chain & Local strategyStandards (Process, Methods & Tools):
Deploy standards (process, methods & tools) & associated documentation Manage deployment roadmap through the siteTransversal Process & Tools:
Identify site needs & define local requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools, contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, improvement & validationHuman Resources:
Deploy targeted organization Deploy people development roadmap including skills levels, training & qualification path Identify World Class Manufacturing experts Deploy robust supply chain culture at all levelsFinance:
Prepare & follow budget for his perimeter including function cost Define & deploy opportunities leveraging synergies & improvement initiativesPerformance & Design
Reach & Animate performance KPIs, KPIs targets Ensure compliant on process review, audits Provide support to Sites vs Sites on supply chain stabilization or mobilization of emerging sites, new businesses Manage the S&OP and MPS (Manufacturing sites), Support the Projects to achieve QCD commitments and represent the supply chain in Site Management / project committee. Manage process and activities related Industrial Planning, Project Supply Chain, Material Planning and supplier’s delivery performance and Logistics in coordination with the related departments.EHS
