Compliance manager

Responsibilities:

Identification, assessment, and continuous monitoring of compliance risks associated with non-compliance with anti-corruption laws and ethical standards;
Development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and internal standards;
Establishment and enforcement of disciplinary measures related to violations of the Company’s Code of Ethics;
Implementation of internal and external controls to prevent concealment of corruption and influence peddling;
Execution of due diligence and compliance inspections of counterparties in accordance with internal regulatory documents;
Conducting internal compliance investigations in line with internal policies;
Providing advisory support to stakeholders on the interpretation and application of anti-corruption legislation.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or internal control;
Higher education in Audit or Finance (additional legal qualification is an advantage);
Experience working in international companies is preferable;
Fluent English (both written and verbal).
Strong presentation and communication skills.
