We are currently looking for a System Analyst.

About the Role:

• As a System Analyst you will provide both system and business analysis of our products to meet project and customer goals. You will participate in the solution analysis and design stage on Netcracker product and Customer projects.
• Your role involves in-depth collaboration with stakeholders, including architects, business analysts, and developers from different teams within the company.
• Your main goal is to understand their needs and translate these into robust and effective system designs and business deliverable documentation.
• You will work on design and customization of mission-critical solutions to world-leading telecom companies.
• You will be part of the high-level concept development and will be delivering the detailed design for external/internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, objectives, and processes, understand requirements/problems coming from internal teams and customer business.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications using industry-standard artifacts like Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Flows, Entity-Relationship Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams.
• Deliver, present, and justify documents containing end-to-end high-level functional requirements and low-level designs.
• Configure Netcracker product as per customer requirements using built-in toolset.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of internal products and customer solutions in different areas.
• Contribute to Netcracker product development to ensure that the OOB solution meets current industry needs.
• Be customer-focused, constantly explore to conceptualize and understand customer needs.
• Mentor fellow team members and actively participate in building the local team of analysts, organizing the process of onboarding, continuous training, and skillset improvements.

What we are looking for:

• Software Release Process Understanding: understanding of business/system analyst and other roles in software companies; knowledge of SDLC practices, experience with Confluence, Jira.
• Business Analysis: knowledge and experience in business process modeling (BPMN), requirements elicitation techniques; excellent presentation skills.
• System Design: knowledge and demonstrated experience of designing systems using system design principles and best practices; proficiency in Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Data-Modelling.
• Architecture: knowledge and demonstrated experience (desirable) of designing and delivering products within microservice architecture; knowledge of monolithic approach principles and service-oriented architecture
• System Integration: knowledge and proficiency with APIs, RestFul, GraphQL, AsyncAPI, GRPc and etc, with experience of tools like Postman, Swagger.
• Version Control Systems: proficiency in Git or SVN for managing system changes and collaborating on projects.
• System Thinking: strong ability to approach architectural design in a structured and methodical manner.
• Communication Skills: ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders; manage expectations.
• Proactive Attitude: demonstrating a proactive approach in all aspects of work.
• Language: Intermediate+ level of English (verbal communication as well as writing skills).
• Toolset: Expirience in JSON, YAML, Markdown, Confluence.

It will be to your advantage if you are: proficient in SQL for querying databases; having experience in working with UX/UI tools like Figma; familiar with programming languages.
