Job Title: Intern - Young Talents Development Program - Novartis Emerging Markets

Job Type: One Year Internship (Full Time 40 hours per week OR Part Time, 20 hours per week)

Job Location: Novartis - Emerging Markets (Almaty office, Kazakhstan)

About the Role: Novartis is seeking a proactive, resourceful, and intelligent intern for our Young Talents Development Program based in our Almaty office for Novartis Emerging Markets Cluster. The primary duty of the intern includes implementing marketing & analytical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage RTE preparation for 6 priority products across 4 countries in the Cluster
Work in collaboration with in-house production for digital communication production
Assist in cluster activities, including document preparation with doctors and contract formulation.
Contribute to the update and re-release of developed promotional materials.
Aid in content preparation for the HCP portal with the marketing team.
Perform ad-hoc brand analytics
Create and maintain an updated database of promotional materials,

Personal Skills:

Strong project management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university or recently graduated (within the last 6 months).
A strong interest in marketing, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry.
Detail-oriented and able to adhere to project deadlines.
Fluency in English is a plus, fluency in other languages advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be legally authorized to work in the location of the internship.
