Group Chief Financial Officer

We are currently looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will oversee the financial operations of the Group of Companies, ensure the organization’s financial health, and play a key role in high-level strategic decision-making.

Areas of responsibility:

Finance Management Group:

• Lead group finance management, consolidation and control across all legal entities
• Oversee FP&A, reporting, accounting (IFRS), tax and treasury functions
• Implement finance transformation initiatives (automation, ERP upgrade, data centralization)
• Manage financial risks and covenant compliance

Tax Structure & Risk Compliance:

• Develop and oversee the Group-wide tax architecture
• Ensure international compliance and efficiency in cross-border operations
• Lead tax risk assessments, transfer pricing models, and fiscal optimization

Transfer Pricing Strategy & Compliance

• Design and oversee a consistent intercompany pricing model across jurisdictions
• Ensure timely and compliant TP documentation to support audits and reporting requirements
• Optimize the impact of transfer pricing on Group profitability, cash flow, and tax efficiency

Financial Model Strategy

• Design and maintain scalable financial models aligned with business expansion (organic + M&A)
• Translate strategic goals into financial forecasting frameworks
• Partner with CEO and GM on investment modeling and capital allocation

Group NOCF (Net Operating Cash Flow):

• Drive Group NOCF growth through cash discipline, working capital optimization, and cycle reduction
• Implement cash flow dashboards and early warning indicators across geographies
• Align finance strategy with operational performance

What do we expect

• 10+ years in Finance, including 5+ years in a Senior leadership role (CFO/Finance Director)
• Strong background in financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proven leadership in building and managing finance teams
• Experience in logistics or related industries is a plus
• Fluent in English; system implementation experience is a plus
• Confident user of ERP and financial tools; BI/FP&A systems experience welcomed

• Comfortable office in the city center at 15 Republic Square, Almaty
• Work schedule 5/2: 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00, optional choice
