We are looking for a HR Specialist to be a part of our team located in Shymkent. The position is responsible for overall HR Business Partnership operations in Supply Chain department of Shymkent Plant.
What We Expect:
- Ensure compliance of Supply Chain employees with the Labor Law and all related laws/legislations;
- Execute Processes regarding all organizational changes (hiring, promotion, transfer, appointment, etc);
- Be the point of contact of Supply Chain employees about all HR related topics. Resolve queries from internal or external customers, suppliers by providing information on processes and the related policies. Consult people in their day-to-day job execution. Work with employees concerns and conflicts;
- Conduct interviews with candidates upon completion of CV screening stage, determine the most suitable candidate according to the outputs of the selection & evaluation center and recommend him/her to the next stages. Provide feedback to all evaluated candidates;
- Conduct feedback sessions with all internal candidates participating in the recruitment processes in order to contribute to their development plans and increase their awareness. Establish a positive internal candidate pool for future needs;
- Conduct salary studies and make offers to the determined candidates;
- Execute organizational processes (performance management process, individual development plans development, TDF, employee engagement related processes, etc.)
- Execute Employee Relations, coordination of Disciplinary action processes, ensure the compliance of these processes with the company policies and procedures;
- Ensure the effective and correct execution of Headcount Planning process;
- Manage and coordinate all related internal and external audits;
- Prepare and ensure orientation / onboarding programs, ensure that changeboarding process is conducted effectively. Manage and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of onboarding and orientation process;
- Conduct all termination processes providing the legal compliance, making exit interviews taking actions accordingly;
- Develop reporting and deliver analyses of HR data;
- Conduct pulse check / exit interview, analyze the results, report significant subjects to function leaders, prepare action plans along with the business leaders and take / drive action
Qualifications:
- University Graduate
- Minimum 1-3 years experience
- Knowledge of Labor Law
- HR Functional Competencies
- Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English - Advanced
- Computer skills: MS Office
