Описание

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed job plans, task lists, resource requirements (manpower, equipment, tools, consumables), and timelines for upcoming projects.
Create and maintain project schedules using appropriate planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
Prepare job packs, method statements, and execution plans for each service activity.
Identify and allocate necessary manpower, equipment, and materials for project execution.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of resources.
Provide technical input and recommendations on project scope, execution methods, and risk mitigation measures.
Review client specifications and technical requirements to develop accurate and executable plans.
Liaise closely with project managers, supervisors, and client representatives to plan work scopes and resolve technical issues.
Support operations teams during project execution by adjusting schedules and resources as needed.
Maintain records of job plans, schedules, progress updates, and project completion reports.
Participate in project review meetings and prepare relevant planning reports.
Ensure all job plans and activities comply with company safety standards, client HSE requirements, and quality procedures.
Participate in risk assessments and safety meetings when required.

Requirements:

Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial services planning, preferably within industrial services/operations.
Strong knowledge of industrial service techniques, equipment, and job execution workflows.
Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, job procedures, and client specifications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
