Описание
Обязанности:• Finished product delivery management; The amount taken out shall be managed based on the amount of orders, and if there is no stock, feedback shall be given to the relevant departments, Monthly shipments are aggregated and taxes are paid in accordance with local tax laws (Financial Part Collaboration)
• Constitute of the necessary contracts for the organization of customs clearance; Constitute, correct and approve brocker's, insurance, product supply, inspection and certificate of origin contracts, Tender among insurance, brocker's and transportation companies.
• Management of shipment (Import / Export); Draw up of conformity statesments, certificates of origin and other approval docs (quaterly), Perform insurance of cargo (weekly), Check of the changes of customs legislation (daily), Report on the expenditure of funds, confirmation of payment of customs duties and taxes; (weekly), Description of imported goods; (weekly), Customs payments and control of customs balance; (daily)
• Coordinate transport companies work; Arrangement of transportation (Daily), Monitor tracing of trucks (Daily), Inform warehouse (Weekly), Carry out claim work in respect of transport companies(Semi-annual)
• Response to emergency delivery of materials when changing production plan; Payment for transportation and Customs Clearance(Weekly), Reconciliate with accounting, payment and provision of settlement documents, correction of documents in accordance with accounting requirements (Weekly), Monitor compliance with payment discipline (both on our part and on the part of counterparties) (Weekly)
• Any other tasks reguested by the company management, HQ.
Требования:
Experience
- At least 3 years in Customs Clearance, Foreign economics management, Logistics Skills
- Ability to communicate with external organizations
- Quickness, judgment and priority based on quick business processing
- High understanding and knowledge of customs clearance
- Business correspondence and communication skills
- PC literacy: SAP, MS-Office apps such as Word, Excel and Power Point
- Language: English Upper-Intermediate
Knowledge
- Customs Code, Customs Clearance procedures (Export/Import operations)
- Logistics Trends in Kazakhstan and Eurasia Other Requirements
- Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with little direct supervision
- A strong work ethic and perseverance, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude
- Strong time management, multi-tasking skills
Условия:
- This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Work location is Almaty province (Karasai district, Yeltai rural district, Kokozek Village, accounting quarter 060, building 71) and can have business trip if necessary
