Job Description
develops, plans, coordinates, implements and reports on Employment Program;develops, plans, coordinates, implements and reports on Career Development Course;plans and coordinates Internship Program, supporting students and employers with necessary documentation and guidance;maintains and updates internship database, employer database and vacancies database on a regular basis;creates student resume database;analyzes Employment Program, Career Development Course, Internship Program, employers, and vacancies data, makes conclusions and recommendations for further improving the Division’s services, generates reports on a regular basis and upon request;engages the University’s Schools and employers in both Employment Program and Career Development Course;reaches target employers to build cooperation with them to broaden opportunities for the University’s students;assists with signing memorandums and agreements of cooperation with employers;engages students and student clubs in both Employment Program and Career Development Course;coordinates Work on Campus Program;develops training materials, conducts career-related trainings and workshops;gives career advice and assistance to students in basic job search techniques ( resume and cover letter preparation, interviewing skills, job search techniques);keeps up-to-date the Division’s CareerNet with posting jobs and events announcements;collects information within the specified functional area and provide inputs for the Division’s websites, publications and social media update on a regular basis;develops, deploys and analyzes student and employer satisfaction surveys;replaces responsible staff during their absence;participates in the processes of risk identification, assessment, management, monitoring and generates relevant reports within supervised area;timely and qualitatively executes other tasks assigned by the Head and the University Management within the job duties and authorities;observes the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the University`s internal documents;is responsible for exercising the labor and performance discipline;is responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, and prevention of the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of restricted access in accordance with the legislation, Charter and internal documents of the Employer; in case of dismissal, is responsible for timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee as instructed by the line manager (to be certified by the act of acceptance-transfer).Qualifications
Education
Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction.
A degree preferably in:
- human resources management;
- psychology (career advising);
- business administration;
- related fields.
Work experience
Five years min.
Minimum three years with master`s degree in the relevant area
