Your responsibilities

•Support Sales & Service areas, thoughtthe execution of service line strategy for specific product in region. Assessing & defining with Sales & Service areas customers products needs & scope solutions, (Go to market strategy aligned with global service line strategy)

•Understanding the Customer Voice: Develop site visits Planin coordination with regional Sales & Service areas. To support them to improving spares & modernization aftermarket growth “OI” (Must win opportunities & must win incremental opportunities)throughout the product life cycle & adding value propositions to our main customers.

•Support Site Sales with high-impact opportunities ('Must win opportunities') and new opportunities outside the initial sales plan ('Must win incrementals') to ensure the achievement on specific product,

•Sales Enablement: to facilitate the efforts of sales to site accounts with required material, knowledge and/or insights to increase market captivity and to effectively monitor supply chain needs and performance, incl. quality, to ensure sales is effectively enabled to sell and be competitive on availability, cost, lead time & quality

•Track & Supportthe closure of non-conformities NCR for the assigned product line, focusing on response management time for their resolution in collaboration with regional Sales & Service areas and support areas as appropriate.
