Your day-to-day:

• Develop and implement internal communications strategy in alignment with PMI’s global objectives.
• Prepare and adapt written and visual content for internal communication channels.
• Organize and execute internal events (informational, corporate, and entertainment).
• Ensure compliance with all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to environment, health, safety, and sustainability.
• Actively promote and support an interdependent and transparent safety culture that encourages a preventive/predictive approach in line with OPEN+.
• Support communications during crisis situations and organizational changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective and consistent communication.
• Monitor employee feedback and implement improvements accordingly.

Who we're looking for:

• Higher education in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in an international company or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian, Kazakh, and English will be preferable.
• Proficiency in visual and digital tools (PowerPoint, Canva, SharePoint & etc.).
• Experience in organizing events and working with external vendors.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate, be a team player, client-oriented, quick learner, and detail-orient.
