We are actively expanding into media buying and are looking for an experienced Media Buyer who can take full ownership of the process in the initial stages and later assemble and lead a team.

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• Analyzing the performance of launched campaigns and optimizing key metrics (CPA, ROI, CTR, conversions)
• Developing and testing new advertising strategies and hypotheses to improve click-through rates and conversions
• Budget control, allocation of expenses, and optimization of traffic costs
• Creating briefs for designers to develop advertising materials, managing creatives, and analyzing their effectiveness
• Searching for new traffic sources and testing new combinations
• Organizing team workflow and internal processes
• Being responsible for the growth of KPIs and profitability of the department, strategic planning
• Participating in PnL formation and budgeting of the department

Ideal Profile

Our Expectations:

• At least 1 years of experience in the iGaming industry
• Experience managing large advertising budgets from $40,000+ per month
• Experience working with Google/FB traffic
• Proficiency in cloaking and tracking tools
• Strong analytical skills, experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, and other analytical tools
• Knowledge of key media buying metrics
• Understanding of product economics
• English proficiency from A2
