Обязанности:
Управление ключевыми клиентами на национальном уровне:
Построение и развитие долгосрочных отношений с национальными и локальными клиентами.
Обеспечение высокого уровня клиентского сервиса и удовлетворённости.
Разработка и реализация стратегии работы с ключевыми клиентами:
Формирование индивидуальных планов развития каждого аккаунта.
Согласование и контроль выполнения коммерческих условий, трейд-маркетинговых активностей и контрактных обязательств.
Анализ и прогнозирование продаж:
Отслеживание выполнения планов продаж, анализ отклонений и выработка корректирующих мер.
Работа с аналитикой: объёмы продаж, прибыльность, динамика, потенциал развития.
Координация взаимодействия между отделами:
Взаимодействие с логистикой, маркетингом, финансами и другими функциями для обеспечения комплексного обслуживания клиента.
Контроль дебиторской задолженности и документооборота.
Подготовка и проведение переговоров:
Участие в переговорах по условиям сотрудничества, ценовой политике, размещению продукции, промо-акциям и др.
Представление интересов компании в отношениях с клиентом.
Развитие новых возможностей и расширение присутствия продукции компании
Идентификация точек роста в рамках существующих клиентов.
Инициирование и реализация проектов по увеличению продаж и дистрибуции.
Отчётность и планирование:
Подготовка регулярной отчётности по динамике продаж.
Участие в планировании бюджета и целевых показателей по ключевым клиентам.
