You will lead a multi-million Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan business and marketing organization for sustainable and profitable growth in collaboration with our bottling partner. The role in Franchise will give you an opportunity to:

Key responsibilities:

- Supports development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans for assigned brands, maximizing existing knowledge/learning from PepsiCo system (including Brand, Innovation, Portfolio management, PPA, Design, Activations, Campaigns, Promo & pricing) in collaboration with the bottling partner.

- Lead the execution of AOP plans to ensure delivery of set KPIs with the cross functional team and bottler.

- Develop communication strategy, implement it (including creative development, digital strategy, media strategy, total connection planning, PR)

- Support innovation projects through the stage gate process.

- Collaborate with PepsiCo internal team and the bottler’s Marketing and Commercial teams to achieve the above objectives.

- Lead alignment of marketing activities with bottler partner and supervise execution ensuring delivery of aligned activity KPIs

- Effectively managing the brands budget, and ensure compliance with all controls.

Requirements:

- Marketing experience 3+ years incl. 1+ years of Brand Management Role

- Fluent Russian and English languages.

- Experience in Beverages is a plus

- Strategic planning

- Brand, category management, product and brand development, ATL and BTL activities planning and execution

- Strong execution and project management skills

- A high level of self-motivation, initiative, and leadership, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Communication and interpersonal skills, cross functional team managements skills

- People, marketing and cross functional team management skills

- Good analytical and problem solving skills.

- Good understanding of marketing processes and marketing expertise
