Обязанности
Операционная поддержка по клиентским платежам: пополнения, списания, возвраты, решение нестандартных ситуаций;
Проведение сверок с клиентами и партнёрами: контроль корректности расчетов и остатков;
Ответы на запросы бухгалтерий (внутренней и клиентской) по балансам и движениям средств;
Взаимодействие с банками, платёжными сервисами и контрагентами по операционным вопросам;
Поддержка клиентского саппорта по вопросам расчетов и балансов;
Участие в автоматизации рутинных процессов и улучшении шаблонов/регламентов;
Взаимодействие с другими отделами компании для обеспечения бесперебойной работы.
Требования
Опыт работы в финансовых операциях, финтехе или бухгалтерии от 1–2 лет;
Знание основ бухгалтерского учёта и финансовых процессов;
Уверенные навыки работы с таблицами и базами данных (Excel, Google Sheets, Power Query);
Опыт взаимодействия с банковскими системами и платёжными сервисами;
Внимание к деталям, аккуратность в работе с цифрами, умение находить и исправлять ошибки;
Способность быстро решать операционные задачи в условиях высокой нагрузки;
Ответственность, системное мышление, готовность к работе в команде;
Английский язык - рабочий уровень (переписка с провайдерами и клиентами).
