Your day-to-day:
Supervise and develop team members
Conduct performance evaluations and training.
Lead customs team and ensure timely clearance
Monitor transactions and control costs
KPI tracking
Develop and update internal procedures
Ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Support process improvements and cross-functional projects.
Coordinate with authorities during inspections
Maintain professional relationships with external authorities.
Ensure processes meet quality standards and legal requirements
Who we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position with people supervision.
English upper-intermediate or above.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Solid functional and technical expertise in customs processes & legislation.
