Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct seminars on higher education and academic processes

• Address and review academic matters of faculties

• Work with regulatory legal acts in the field of education

• Apply knowledge of the Bologna Process principles and ESG-2015 standards

• Research international best practices and adapt them to the university context

• Develop and implement internal academic regulations and policies

• Support the digitalization of academic processes (internal portal, DMS, etc.)

Requirements:

• Higher education degree

• Strong knowledge of legislation in document management and record keeping

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven experience in the field of higher education

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above

Conditions:
