Functional responsibilities:

• Providing consultations to students and parents

• Assisting students in implementing university portal activities

• Working on process automation

• Solving problems regarding university portal system

• Controlling the workflow of the Student Service Center (SSC) assistants, giving recommendations on further improvement

• Delivering any necessary information to the students promptly

• Considering requests and answering advisors' questions, conducting monthly seminars

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (Upper-Intermediate)

Conditions:

• Employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, lunch break 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM;
