Your Background at a Glance:

• Proven experience as retail manager starting from 3 years in relevant market
• Knowledge of retail operation, retail management best practices
• Experience in Trade & Marketing is a plus
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizing and leadership skills
• Analytical mind and familiarity with commercial principles
• English (starting from upper intermediate)

​​​​​​How You Will Make an Impact:

• New stores planning: locations, conditions overview for small and large formats as multi-experience stores
• New stores preparation: layout within product matrix, design development according to Global Design Standard, approval with stakeholders and partners
• Full coordination of the project: from development to implementation
• Existing stores support: ensure that the store is operating efficiently, overseeing the daily sales progress of the store and working to meet the store's financial goals while ensuring that the store is well-prepared for welcoming and conducive to shopping under excellent customer service
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
• Marketing support: planning of activities to enhance offline Brand presence & experience and increase sales and attract new customers
• Operation partner support: providing training for field force and development sessions to enhance staff skills, solve raised issues to improve their overall performance
• Collaborating with other departments within company and other subsidiaries to share best practices and ensure the store is aligned with the company's overall objectives
