Could you be the full-time Product Industrialization Manager in Astana we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization and process management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that industrial requirements are seamlessly integrated into our product design and manufacturing processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across engineering, production, and project management, facilitate co-engineering activities, and ensure the successful introduction of new technologies and processes.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and monitoring industrialization plans, validating processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, but also ensuring that tools, workstations, and documentation meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring industrial requirements are fully understood and integrated during product specification and design phases.
Leading co-engineering activities and facilitating ICONE workshops with engineering counterparts.
Designing global macro-processes based on standard SMPs and preparing for the introduction of new technologies with validation plans.
Developing plans for tooling and manufacturing equipment and contributing to the Industrial Management Plan (IMP).
Setting up and monitoring industrialization planning, including P-FMEA, deliverables milestones, FAR/FAI, and the Industrial Maturity Follow-up (IMFU).
Managing industrialization activities during detailed design phases and ensuring readiness for Serial Go, including process validation and line balancing.
Supporting retrofit industrialization after engineering changes and contributing to continuous improvement plans to meet QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.
Participating in R&D programs and providing industrial expertise to drive innovation.
Performing industrial REX (Return of Experience) to improve manufacturing processes.
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience or understanding of industrialization processes, manufacturing techniques, and process optimization.
Knowledge of P-FMEA, FAR/FAI, and industrial maturity assessments.
Familiarity with co-engineering activities and tools such as SMPs and ICONE workshops.

Strong project management and planning skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams.
