About the Role
We are looking for a Pricing Manager who will take full ownership of our pricing analytics and strategy. You will shape and evolve the pricing logic across tariffs, taking into account unit economics and user behavior, while aligning demand with pricing and product mix.
Responsibilities of the Role
Develop and continuously improve the company’s pricing strategy.
Optimize tariff grids across countries, user segments, and travel patterns.
Build price elasticity models to measure impact on LTV.
Collaborate with marketing to evaluate ROI / LTV / CAC under different pricing scenarios.
Segment users by profitability and identify growth drivers.
Design and propose new tariffs and bundled offers (e.g., regional packs, annual plans).
⚡ Tasks
Define and justify pricing strategy principles.
Automate competitor price monitoring and build benchmark reports.
Plan and analyze pricing A/B tests, assessing impact on demand and profitability.
Keep purchase cost database up to date and monitor margin dynamics.
Ensure accuracy of all prices, tariffs, and discounts across interfaces.
Identify usage patterns in data consumption and propose new product opportunities.
Regularly present recommendations and forecasts to senior management.
✅ What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in pricing, product analytics, or marketing analytics.
Strong understanding of unit economics and the link between pricing, CAC, LTV, and margin.
Hands-on experience working with large datasets: SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools.
Ability to formulate and validate product and pricing hypotheses.
Exceptional attention to detail when working with tariffs and cost structures.
