Field Sales Supervisor Turkestan (location: Shymkent)

Описание
Сотрудник на этой должности будет отвечать за увеличение продаж компании на вверенной территории через развитие эксклюзивной команды торговых представителей, координировать их работу и выполнение плана по ключевым показателям работы.
Обязанности:
Участвовать в отборе торговой команды, обучать и мотивировать команду торговых представителей для достижения целей по построению дисплея и достижения целей по дистрибуции
Согласовывать и развивать годовой план по развитию территории для всех категорий и каналов продаж
Разрабатывать и согласовывать с Территориальным менеджером и менеджером компании-дистрибьютора структуру команды для достижения целей на вверенной территории
Переговоры с ключевыми клиентами на предмет улучшения представленности в рамках выделенного бюджета
Решать ежедневные задачи с дистрибьютором
Внедрять инструменты и системы контроля для управления достижения его/ее команды посредством Ключевых параметров работы (КПР)
Обеспечивать эффективное хранение POS материалов, используемых торговой командой
Внедрять индивидуальные и командные тренинги для каждого члена торговой команды
Заполнять отчет по проведенным тренингам
Контролировать склады и автомобили доставки дистрибьютора на предмет соблюдения обеспечения качества хранения продукции Марс
Требования к кандидату:
Высшее образование (либо в процессе на 3+ курсе)
Уверенный пользователь MS Office
Владение английским языком на уровне Pre-Intermediate
Владение казахским языком на разговорном уровне будет плюсом
Опыт в продажах в одной из крупных компаний FMCG сектора является преимуществом
