REQUIREMENTS

Higher education in economics, finance, accounting or management.
Certificates and diplomas in specialized programs (for example, ACCA, CIMA, CPA + Professional accountant of the Republic of Kazakhstan) are must.
Experience in the field of management accounting for at least 5 years.
Experience in developing methods and regulations for management accounting.
Deep knowledge of management accounting.
Experience with software products to automate accounting and budgeting (for example, SAP, Oracle, 1C).
Skills in analyzing financial information and reporting.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
High level of responsibility and organization.
Communication skills and ability to work in a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Development of Methodologies take into account the specifics of the company and industry.
Integration of new techniques into existing business processes.
Development of instructions and regulations to ensure the effective implementation and application of methods.
Conducting an analysis of current management accounting processes.
Identification of bottlenecks and proposals for process optimization.
Development of measures to improve the efficiency of management accounting.
Participation in the implementation of developed methods in the practical activities of the company.
Training and consulting employees on new techniques.
Monitoring the correct application of methods. Regular updating of methods, taking into account changes in legislation and internal corporate requirements.
Adaptation of methods to changes in the organizational structure and business processes of the company.
Drawing up detailed and understandable methodological documents.
Ensuring that documentation is accessible to all interested parties.
Presentation of developed methods and proposals to company management.
Reasoned justification for proposed changes and innovations.
Interaction with various departments of the company to obtain the necessary information and agree on changes.
Collaboration with IT specialists to automate management accounting processes.
