How You Will Make an Impact:

• Coordinate requests and tasks of various kinds related to marketing between internal and external teams, agencies.
• Create requests for payments, purchase of marketing services, accompanies the whole process until the closing of the period with the necessary documents according to the procedures
• Create, approve and participate in the introduction of new partners, conducts the process of signing contracts
• Enter necessary applications in the systems according to company procedures, prepares reports for the marketing manager.
• Participate in content management procedures on e-commerce site, participates in translating and adapting content, banners, landing pages, CRM templates and proposals
• Manage content blocks on e-commerce site (Merch blocks, special offers, curtains, product cards, etc.)
• Correlate content tasks when interacting with marketplaces and other 3rd party partners
• Maintain marketing campaigns, interacts with category and corporate marketing department for effective resolution of tasks
• Participate in building various reports regarding work done or campaigns launched.
• Collaborate closely with e-commerce marketing manager, category marketing managers, sales managers, contractors, agencies, partners.
• Exercise control over deadlines for completion of tasks
• Assist e-commerce marketing manager, performs ad-hock tasks, participates in joint planning.

• Ability to manage and control several tasks and activities simultaneously

• Willingness to learn and develop

• Basic knowledge of marketing activities, marketing metrics

• Ability to work with content

• Knowledge of languages: KAZ/RUS. Nice to have: ENG.
