Job description
Corporate Travel Agency – travel management/destination management company organizing corporate events and business trips in Europe requires a full-time Business Travel Manager B2B.
The ideal candidate should come from a travel agency, TMC Company, or Concierge service, or FIT travel and have worked with a wide variety of clients previously.

To Succeed in the Role, You should have :
- Fluent in written & spoken English + Russian is necessary
- Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation, VIP concierge)
- Advanced user of MS Office and CRM
- Ability to work independently with a pro-active approach.
- Flexibility with time as the travel segment requires
- Highly detail-orientated, able to keep deadlines and work under pressure
- Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
- Attention to detail
- Experience in B2B reservation systems
- Having your own client base will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing requests for business trips from corporate clients (hotel booking, transportation services, and VIP lounges, restaurants, congress participations etc) both through online booking systems and direct contacts
• Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with suppliers (sometimes outside of office hours)
• Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests
• Providing emergency support to corporate clients
• Analyzing potential clients and identifying their business travel service needs
• Establishing long-term relationships, managing clients, and fostering further development
• Monthly Plan Execution
• Maintaining regular reports on completed work.

Условия:

✔️Работа НА УДАЛЕНКЕ.
✔️График обсуждается в зависимости от региона и времени. Ежегодный оплачиваемый отпуск предоставляется не менее 28 календарных дней. Праздничные дни – по договоренности, в зависимости от страны проживания соискателя.
✔️Трудоустройство – контракт на ИП или самозанятый.
✔️Оклад по результатам собеседования + премия.
✔️ Испытательный срок - 3 месяца.

Полная занятость, полный день.
Возможно временное оформление: договор услуг, подряда, ГПХ, самозанятые, ИП.
