Senior Manager of Product Development Platform

AIFC Authority is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Manager to join our Product Development Platform team at the AIFC. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and analytical support in the development and enhancement of financial products, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development, improvement, and implementation of AIFC financial products.

• Address and escalate concerns or proposals from existing and prospective AIFC participants.

• Identify regulatory challenges and collaborate on solutions to overcome them.

• Draft and review legislative amendments within Kazakh law and AIFC Acting Law.

• Conduct research and comparative analysis on regulatory regimes in global benchmark jurisdictions.

• Provide internal regulatory guidance and support to frontline employees.

• Liaise with external consultants and advisers on product development from a regulatory standpoint.

• Ensure documentation meets confidentiality, safety, and compliance standards.

• Adhere to AIFC policies and applicable legislation.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief of Products.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 3–5 years of proven experience in economic or financial analysis and product development.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Detail-oriented with sound judgment and organizational abilities.

• Experience developing internal policies and procedures under leadership direction.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• Multilingual fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English is essential.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
