Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice, interpretation, and guidance on contracts, regulatory requirements, and other business matters to the AIFC Authority and its subsidiaries.
• Review drafts of internal documents, contracts, agreements, memoranda, resolutions, orders, and other AIFC Authority documents.
• Participate in the development of AIFC Authority policies and procedures, and contribute to various working groups and committees as directed by the Director of Legal Support Department.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, appeals.
• Prepare analytical papers on essential legal issues.
• Provide legal support and draft materials, documents, amendments, rules, and regulations for the AIFC Legal Services Board and its office.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Director of Legal Support Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Law degree; LLM from universities in the US, UK, or Australia is preferable but not mandatory.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Professional background in the BIG4/law firm.
• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point.
• Organized and responsible.
